Beef and Broccoli with Jasmine Rice
Ingredients
- 2-3lb beef chuck roast
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sriracha
- A few chopped green onions
- Broccoli
- Jasmine Rice
Directions
- Put all ingredients (minus broccoli and rice) in a crockpot. Cook on High for 3 hours.
- Remove roast and cut into thin strips. Return to crockpot and add broccoli. Cook on low for an additional 1 hour.
- Make 2-4 servings of rice while the roast and broccoli finish cooking. Serve over rice
