Nutrition Coaching
You already know what you should eat. You need someone who helps you actually do it.
If information was the answer, everyone would have perfect health
There are thousands of diet books, millions of YouTube videos, and an app for every macro. And yet most people who try to change their eating habits end up right back where they started within a few months.
That's not a willpower problem. It's a support problem.
Most of us know the difference between a healthy meal and a bag of chips. We don't need more information. We need someone in our corner who keeps us honest, helps us navigate busy weeks, and gets us back on track when we fall off. Because everyone falls off. The difference is having someone there when you do.

Sound familiar?
Our clients usually come to us because of one (or more) of these:
- →You've tried diets before and they worked for a while, then didn't
- →Your doctor flagged something — blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol — and you know you need to make changes
- →You're a busy parent trying to lose weight while feeding a family
- →You yo-yo between eating well and eating whatever's convenient
- →You know what to eat but can't stay consistent with it
How it works
No crash diets. No cookie-cutter meal plans. Here's what actually happens.
1Consultation and lifestyle assessment
We start with a real conversation about your life — not just what you eat, but how you eat, when, why, and what gets in the way. We take body composition measurements and any baselines tied to your specific goals. Then we talk about what success actually looks like for you.
2App-based tracking and habit building
We set you up with app-based tracking and train you on how to use it. But we're not obsessing over macros from day one. We pick one focus area to work on before the next check-in. Small changes that stack over time.
3Regular check-ins and accountability
This is where the real work happens. Scheduled follow-ups where we review progress, adjust the plan, and tackle whatever came up. Had a rough week? That's fine. We figure out why and move forward. No guilt, just problem-solving.
4Measurable results
We track body composition, measurements, and whatever metrics matter to your goals. Most clients see increases in muscle mass, better water retention, and decreased body fat percentage. But the stuff people mention most? Better energy and better mood.
Accountability, not meal plans
Here's what we don't do: hand you a PDF of meals to eat for the next 30 days and wish you luck.
Most nutrition programs treat information like the answer. Eat this, not that. Hit these macros. Follow this template. But if knowing what to do was enough, nobody would need a coach for anything.
We take a habit-based approach. Instead of overhauling your entire diet on day one, we focus on stacking small habits over time. Adding healthy behaviors instead of eliminating everything you enjoy. Your coach is an unbiased perspective who wants to see you succeed — someone who helps you navigate your actual schedule, your actual stress, your actual life.
That's the difference between a diet and a lifestyle change.
You don't need a gym membership
Nutrition coaching at CrossFit Aerial is a standalone program. You don't have to be a member, you don't have to do CrossFit, and you don't have to set foot in the gym.
That said — we do encourage some form of regular movement. Exercise and nutrition work better together. If you're looking for a fitness program to pair with your nutrition coaching, we can help with that too.

Common questions
Do I need to be a gym member?
No. Nutrition coaching is a standalone program. You don't need a membership at CrossFit Aerial or anywhere else. We do encourage regular exercise — and if you want help finding the right program, we're here for that too.
What does a nutrition coach actually do?
We help you build eating habits that stick. That starts with a lifestyle assessment, then regular check-ins where we review progress, adjust the approach, and work through whatever obstacles came up. Think of it like having a personal trainer for your diet — except we focus on habits, not just numbers.
How is this different from a diet app or calorie counter?
An app can't ask you why you skipped breakfast three days in a row. It can't help you plan around a stressful week at work or figure out what to eat when your kid has soccer practice at 6pm. A real person can. We use app-based tracking as a tool, but the coaching and accountability are what make it work.
Will you tell me exactly what to eat?
Probably not — and that's on purpose. Most people already know a healthy choice from an unhealthy one. What they need is help prioritizing, building routines, and staying consistent. We'll guide you and give you frameworks, but we're not going to micromanage your grocery list.
What results can I expect?
Most clients see changes in body composition — more muscle, less body fat. But the things people talk about most are better energy and better mood. We track everything with measurements and body composition data, so you're not guessing whether it's working.
How much does it cost?
Less than what most people spend eating out each week. We have different tiers depending on how much support you need. Book a free consultation and we'll walk through the options.
