Avocado Lemon Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 5 TBSP Melted unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup Milk
- ½ cup flour
- 2 TBSP Almond powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ cup Avocado
- Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Recipe
- Mix the eggs with sugar and salt, then add melted unsalted butter and milk and mix.
- Sift the soft flour, almond powder, and baking powder and mix, then add the sliced avocado, lemon zest, and lemon juice with a sieve and mix.
- Fill a muffin tin with parchment paper in place, put the sliced avocado on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and cool.
