Today we talk about comparing yourself to the wrong person and/or having unrealistic expectations to commit to.
You are not Rich, Tia, Brooke, Matt, Camille, etc....CrossFit Games athletes for those of you who don't follow it as much as some of us.
So why are you trying to act, look, train like them?
