Level 2

L2: Wall walks + shoulder taps L2: Hanging Knee Raises Box-Assisted Pistols Ring Push Ups (feet on floor)

Level 1

L1: Pike hold from box + wall facing holds AMRAP 16 8-10 Strict Toes to Bar 12 Alt Pistols (or Box Pistols) 8-10 Push Ups from Rings L1: Lying Leg Raises Air Squats Push Ups (from floor)

Goal: Gymnastics skill development + Open prep

Stimulus: Controlled pace, focus on quality reps. HS walk builds Open readiness. AMRAP should be steady, not a sprint. Prioritize full ROM.
