Goal: High-volume partner chipper

Stimulus: Descending reps build intensity. Bike is aerobic base, step overs are grinding, synchro goblet squats demand coordination, burpee pull ups spike HR, deadlifts are a heavy finish. Should feel like a fight in the last 10 minutes.
