Level 1

L1: 4 Rope Pull-Ups from floor, DB 30/15, Box Step-Ups 20", 12/10 Cal

Goal: Skill development + sustained mixed conditioning

Stimulus: Single-component day, EMOM runs 18 min. Rope climbs at 12ft — doubled reps. Should feel like sustained work.
