Level 1

L1: 350m Row, WB 10/8, Lying Leg Raises, 100ft carry 30/15

Goal: Endurance with built-in rest for repeatability

Stimulus: Should finish each set in 3:30-4:00, leaving 1:00-1:30 rest. Can you hold pace across all 6?
