Level 2
Use lighter kettlebells and manageable sandbag distance/load.
Level 1
Single KB or bodyweight split squats, lighter hinging variation, lighter carry, lighter KB or DB swings.
Goal: Single-leg strength followed by a grindy carry-and-swing conditioning piece.
Stimulus: Legs and posterior chain should light up without turning into a redline sprint.
