Teams of 2 For Time 3 Rounds Each: 40/32 Calories Bike 20 Sandbag Ground to Box (150/100) 20 Burpee Box Get Overs L2: 3 Rounds Each: 32/26 Calories Bike 16 Sandbag Ground to Box (100/70) 16 Burpee Box Get Overs *Partners split reps as needed on the bike and divide the work however they want on the sandbag and burpees. *One partner works at a time. Switch often and keep transitions tight.
