For Time: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlifts (185/125, 205/135, 225/155, 245/165, 265/175, 285/185, 305/205, 325/215, 345/225, 365/245) + 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20 in).
Level 1
For Time: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlifts (135/95 building to 225/155 as able) + 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Burpee Step Overs. Or use DB Deadlifts at moderate-heavy load if needed.
Goal: Heavy hinge work under rising fatigue with aggressive but controlled transitions.
Stimulus: Short-medium grunt piece. Deadlifts get heavier as burpee box jump over volume rises, so athletes need composure and quick resets, not touch-and-go heroics.
