Score: Total bike calories + completed rounds/reps of the floor work

12 Hanging Knee Raises, 30 Double Unders or 60 Single Unders, 100 ft Farmers Carry (40/25 each hand), Partner 2 accumulates 7/5 Calories Bike.
Level 1
15 Sit Ups or 10 Knee Raises, 50 Single Unders, 75 ft Farmers Carry (30/15 each hand or single DB front carry), Partner 2 accumulates 6/4 Calories Bike.
Goal: Partner pacing, grip stamina, and efficient handoffs over a sustained 25-30 minute effort.
Stimulus: This should feel like steady pressure, not chaos. Toes to bar and double unders challenge rhythm, the carry taxes grip and trunk, and the bike keeps a constant engine demand in the background.
