Accessory 3 Sets - 10-12 Single Leg RDLs each leg - Alternatively - 0:30-0:45 Hollow Rock Hold Then AMRAP 10 - 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) - 10 V-Ups

Level 2

8-10 Single Leg RDLs each leg. 0:20-0:30 Hollow Hold. AMRAP 10: 10 KB Swings (35/26) + 10 Alt Single Leg V-Ups.

Level 1

8 Bodyweight or Light DB Single Leg Hinges each leg. 0:15-0:20 Dead Bug Hold. AMRAP 10: 10 Russian KB Swings (26/18) + 10 Sit Ups.

Goal: Build balance, trunk control, and light posterior-chain strength without turning this into a fatigue day.

Stimulus: RPE 6-7. Smooth, controlled accessory work and a short moderate core/hinge piece. Athletes should finish feeling better, not smoked.
