For Time - 30 Squat Cleans (135/95) - 1 Mile Run - 30 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95) - 2k Row Time cap 30

Level 2

30 Squat Cleans (115/80). 1200 Meter Run. 30 Shoulder to Overhead (115/80). 1600 Meter Row.

Level 1

30 Wall Ball Squat Cleans or DB Front Squats (35/25). 800 Meter Run or 1000 Meter Bike. 30 DB Shoulder to Overhead (35/25). 1000 Meter Row.

Goal: Long aerobic grind with moderate barbell fatigue bookending the run and row.

Stimulus: RPE 5-6. Sustainable endurance effort. The barbell should move in steady sets, and the run/row should stay controlled enough that athletes do not redline early.
