Goal: Shoulder stamina and pressing endurance with constant lower-body positioning demand from the repeated front rack lunges.
Stimulus: RPE 7-8. Moderate-hard muscular endurance piece. Pressing volume is the main limiter, while the front rack lunges keep breathing elevated and legs under tension throughout.
