Teams of Two 16 Rounds Alternate Movements - 20/17 Cal Row - 60 Double Unders - 20 Burpees

Level 2

16/14 Cal Row. 40 Double Unders or 80 Single Unders. 16 Burpees.

Level 1

14/12 Cal Row. 80 Single Unders. 14 Up-Downs or Burpees to target.

Goal: Fun partner engine piece with frequent switches and simple, high-output movements.

Stimulus: RPE 7-8. Consistent team pacing. Nobody should redline early. The row drives output, jump rope tests rhythm, and burpees add a simple bodyweight tax that keeps transitions honest.
