Strength Work to Heavy Clean + Jerk For Max Reps 3 Unbroken Sets Max Wall Balls (20/14) (10/9) Rest 1:30 in Between Sets Use a weight you can get 25+ reps per round

Level 2

L2: C+J: heavy single with lighter load or power clean + push jerk. Wall balls: 16/12 to 9–10 ft, keep unbroken.

Level 1

L1: C+J: technique w/ light bar/DB (clean to front rack + press/jerk). Wall balls: lower target or light DB thrusters; keep unbroken.

Stimulus: Clean + Jerk: build to a smooth heavy single (technical, not sloppy). Wall balls: choose a load you can keep unbroken; breathe hard, no failed reps.
