Level 2

L2: RDL: same tempo, lighter. DL: 205/135 (or 6+ reps unbroken fresh). Rope climbs: 3–4 (or half climbs). TTB: knee raises.

Level 1

L1: RDL: DB/KB RDL tempo. DL: light/moderate (or KB deadlift). Rope: ring rows / rope pulls. TTB: hanging knee raises or sit-ups.

Stimulus: RDL tempo: controlled positions; hamstrings/posterior chain under tension. Intervals: short & intense; DL should be unbroken or 2 quick sets; efficient rope climbs.
