Teams of Two 800 Meter Run (together) 15 Rounds Cindy Alt Movements Partner 1 starts Pull Ups Partner 2 Push Ups etc 800 Meter Run (together) 15 Rounds Cindy Alt Movements Partner 2 Starts Pull Ups Partner 1 Push Ups etc 800 Meter Run (together) *Each round should be under 45 seconds

Level 2

L2: Run: 600–800m together (or row/bike). Pull: banded/jumping pull-ups or ring rows. Push: push-ups or knees. Squats: air squats.

Level 1

L1: Run: 400–600m together (or row/bike). Pull: ring rows. Push: incline push-ups on box. Squats: air squats to target/box.

Stimulus: Partner pace + quick transitions. Run controlled; rounds snappy. Goal: each round under :45; steady flow, minimal breaks.
