3 Rounds 50 Double DB Deadlifts (50/35) 40 Alt Single DB Box Step Ups (24/20) 30 Alt DB Snatches

Level 2

L2: DB DL: 50 reps @ (40/25) or (35/20). Step-ups: 20" box or lower; keep alternating. DB snatch: (40/25) or (35/20).

Level 1

L1: DB DL: 50 reps @ (25/15) or KB deadlift. Step-ups: 16–20" box, step-ups only. DB snatch: (25/15) or alt DB hang high pull.

Stimulus: Moderate chipper-style work. Unbroken DB hinge early, steady step-ups, smooth DB snatches. Goal: keep moving; 12–16 min feel; choose loads you can cycle safely.
