Level 1
L1: Heavy 3: light thruster or front squat + press. 15-12-9: (65/45)-(75/55)-(95/65). Pull-ups: ring rows. Max thrusters: (75/55) or (65/45).
Stimulus: Strength/skill + sprinty finisher. Heavy-ish triple thruster then fast intervals. Goal: hit solid triple, then 6-min AMRAP effort, then push max thrusters without failing reps.
