Level 2
L2: Runs: 300m instead of 400m as needed. TTB: knee raises. Sandbag: 100/70.
Level 1
L1: Runs: 200-300m or row 250-350m. TTB: sit-ups/hanging knee raises. Sandbag: 70/50 or DB power cleans.
Stimulus: Running speed day + midline/grip. Short fast work; rounds should stay sharp. Goal: runs hard but repeatable; TTB in manageable sets; sandbag cleans steady.
