Each Partner Runs 1 Mile - 800 M - 600 M - 400 M Meanwhile Partner Completes Rounds 10 RKBS (70/53) 15 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Level 2

L2: Runs: 800/600/400/300. Swings: (53/35) or (44/26) if needed. Sit-ups: same.

Level 1

L1: Runs: 600/400/300/200 or bike/row. Swings: (35/26) Russian or DB swings. Sit-ups: reduce reps or use crunches.

Stimulus: Partner endurance + core/hinge. One partner runs while other works; swap efficiently. Goal: smooth handoffs, steady running pace, unbroken swings, consistent sit-up sets.
