Tempo positions matter more than load. L2 Good mornings: lighter load, keep tempo. KB bent press: moderate KB, strict control. Plank: 1:00 hold, or break into 2 sets if needed. L1

L1: Good mornings: empty bar/light KB hinge w/ tempo. Bent press: light KB/DB or half-kneeling press. Plank: 0:30-1:00 scaled (knees or elevated).
