Deadlifts 8, 6, 4, 2 Build in weight For Time 21 - 15 - 9 Deadlifts (225/155) Ring Dips

Goal: Strength: build across 8/6/4/2 to a heavy double. Metcon: target 6–10 min for most.

Stimulus: Heavy deadlift strength then fast couplet. Deadlifts heavy but clean; metcon should be aggressive with planned breaks.
