20 alt pistols (to box) 10 toes-to-bar (or knee raises) 6 devils press (40/25)
Level 1
16 alt step-ups (20/16) 8 hanging knee raises 6 DB burpee deadlifts (25/15)
Goal: AMRAP 18: target 6–10 rounds depending on skill. Keep transitions quick; devils press steady, not a sprint.
Stimulus: Single-leg control + longer mixed-modal engine. Pistols/toes-to-bar should be in manageable sets so you keep moving.
