Level 2
Front squats 155/105 BMU -> chest-to-bar pull ups
Level 1
Front squats 115/75 BMU -> ring rows or banded pull ups
Goal: Strength: build to heavy double (RPE 8–9) with no failed reps. Metcon: 6–12 min; break bar muscle-ups early if needed.
Stimulus: Heavy power/strength first, then fast barbell couplet. Choose loads that stay safe and smooth.
