Goal: Strength: moderate-heavy RDLs, perfect positions. Metcon: 8–14 min; scale to keep snatches as quick singles and climbs safe.

Stimulus: Posterior-chain strength, then classic snatch + rope climb sprint. Fast but controlled; avoid sloppy reps.
