Strength Single KB Overhead Reserve Lunges 4 Sets of 6 each Leg (change overhead arm as well) 6 Rounds for Time 6 Turkish Get Ups (3 each arm) 12 Sandbag Back Squats
Goal: Strength: RPE 7–8, perfect positions. Metcon: 12–20 min; pick loads you can keep moving with minimal resets.
Stimulus: Shoulder stability + unilateral leg strength, then controlled strength conditioning. Smooth, stable reps > speed.
