Work to Heavy 3 Overhead Squat 4 Rounds for Time 20 Overhead Squats (95/65) 500 Meter Row

Goal: Strength: heavy triple with solid depth/stack. Metcon: 10–18 min; keep rows consistent and OHS in 1–3 sets.

Stimulus: OHS stability then a squat+row couplet. Choose a load you can move with good positions under fatigue.
