Running Intervals 1 x 800 Meter Run Rest 3:00 4 x 400 Meters Rest 2:00 Between 6 x 200 Meters Rest 1:00 Between Accessory 3 Rounds 15-20 GHDSUs Alternate 10-12 Hip Thrusters
Goal: 800: controlled hard. 400s: consistent splits. 200s: fast but not all-out. Accessory: quality reps.
Stimulus: Speed endurance + posterior-chain accessory. Runs should be hard but repeatable; don’t sprint the first 800.
