Front Squats 5 Sets of 2 AMRAP 12 3 (+3 per Round) Front Squats (115/80) Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Goal: Strength: RPE 8–9 doubles. Metcon: aim 6–10 rounds; keep sets small to avoid long pull-up breaks.
Stimulus: Heavy-ish front squat strength then ascending ladder. Keep front squat mechanics crisp; choose a C2B scale that stays moving.
